How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. Go to your store's subscription settings to cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

Can I use Calixia offline?

Yes! Premium subscribers can access workouts and track progress without an internet connection. Data syncs when you're back online.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings > Premium > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same App Store/Google Play account used for the original purchase.

My data isn't syncing. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and try restarting the app. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in.
